MEASURING FOR A HEADBAND:
Take a measuring tape and start on the crown of your Head or Top, go around behind your Ears to the base of your Head and back up to the center. This will give you the "actual measure" but always allow 2 to 3 inches for stretch to insure a comfortable, secure fit.
